You have the right to change your mind
We appreciate your purchase in our store and your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a full refund of your items.
To receive a full refund, please respect the following refund policy:
Items can be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Returning or exchanging an item requires the original packaging. Please return the product to us in the same condition you received it, with all packaging materials included.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We aim to process all refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
